Koury Corporation is Hiring a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN Near Greensboro, NC
- Reviews and executes assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair in a timely manner. Conducts property inspections.
- Inspects building systems, including but not limited to: alarms, HVAC, plumbing and electrical on a recurring basis to ensure system optimization. Keeps maintenance logs as required.
- Plans and coordinates equipment installation and refurbishment.
- Complies with applicable code regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operators and work safety. Ensures compliance with routine government required inspections.
- Responds to tenant's maintenance requests.
- Monitors contract and service agreements with outside contractors and vendors; ensures job compliance and completion.
- Performs routine maintenance service and repairs.
- Grounds keeping as needed
- Responds quickly to emergency situations. Rotating on call schedule
- HVAC filter changes
- Light electrical work to include changing bulbs/ballasts, common area lighting
- Plumbing repairs on toilets, urinals, sinks and other light plumbing needs
- Light carpentry work.
