We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician.

This position:

• Performs preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds
• Monitors building system operations and performance
• Will perform various repairs and preventative maintenance involving carpentry, 
  plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repair, roofing
• Coordinates assigned activities with contractors, other 
  divisions, outside agencies, tenants and the general public; and performs related duties as assigned
• Executes work orders and responds to tenant maintenance requests
• Inspects building systems and performs necessary repairs and maintenance
• Keeps maintenance logs on different building systems
