Growing roofing Company inChicago is hiring 2 Sales Representatives. Looking to hire ASAP.Full benefits with base bonus

Bids : Responding to RFPs preparing bids and securing commercial andindustrial roofing jobs

Relationships : Developing relationships with new customers and existingcustomers

Sales Pipeline : Responsible foridentifying additional sales opportunities from preventativemaintenance and servicecalls.

SpecificObjectives :

Estimating andBidding :

o Review and understand scope of workand project specifications from architectural drawingsspecifications and other pertinent biddocuments.

o Compute labor and material costestimates and itemized lists of materials

oPrepare quotations / bids for negotiated ReRoofing or ConsultantReRoofing from field information.

o Assist inupdating and improving estimation and bidding process to reflectchanges in market and business conditions.

Product and Purchasing :

o Work closely withmanufacture representatives to request current material pricing andassembly letters.

o Stay current with industrystandards processes and techniques.

o Maintaingood relationships and communication with prime contractors ownersstaff and manufacturers to increase sales and customersatisfaction.

Projects :

o Workwith project management to smoothly transition accepted proposalsinto active projects.

o Maintain accurate and upto date project files.

o Calculate pricing andcost impacts for change orders.

o Datamanagement : Most project documents are managed electronically.Proficiency with software technology including Excel and Word is amust. DataForma is a plus.

o Team coordination : Ability to work effectively both independently and in a teamenvironment.

Must be able to pass a prehirecriminal backgroundcheck.

Experience :

2 years experience as a Sales Rep or Estimator inConstruction.

Prior sales experience in roofingand / or construction is aplus.
