Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of technology sales or technical products/services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Business development experience is a plus
