Title : Talent Development Specialist

Role Overview :

Korn Ferry has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Talent Development Specialist located in Thompsonville, PA.

The Talent Development Specialist will specifically focus on talent programs, process improvement, talent development, leadership coaching, and culture building across the organization’s 300 employees and 8 sites.

The organization needs an HR partner to work with leaders to identify gaps in their teams and then create, drive, implement, facilitate training around soft / technical skills.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Focus on standardizing and documentation around processes for talent development initiatives.
  • Create training and work with expert external partners in the OD / talent development space.
  • Drive culture and engagement through talent programs for shop and corporate employees.

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent programs)
  • Proven success implementing culture programs, coaching leaders, and increasing engagement
  • A degree in HR, Leadership Development, or I / O Psychology would be an added plus
  • PHR / SPHR certification a plus
