Job Duties:

• At the start of each business day, prepare the clinic for opening and have all areas neat, clean, and ready for patient care.
• Assist in greeting, checking-in, and rooming patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Set up treatment rooms for multiple providers based on the appointment type.
• Prepare products for providers and ensure all treatment rooms are stocked with necessary medical supplies.
• Perform blood draw, numbing and assist providers with in-room treatments as needed.
• Assist in the scheduling of appointments for multiple providers upon patient check-out.
• Provide non-critical, non-decision making clinical patient care, dealing with requests for information.
• Educate patients on post-procedure care, skin care and assist in the sale of products.
• Promote aesthetic service options to patients.
• File clinical and administrative documents to patient charts, ensuring accuracy.
• Participate in staff and educational meetings.
• Throughout the day, maintain clinic area cleanliness and organization to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Actively participate in office promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
