Education/Experience/Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent experience
• Successful drug screening and background screening
• Experience within construction or manufacturing preferred

Description of Duties

• Route professional service invoices to the appropriate individuals for approval
• Follow up with unapproved invoices that have been distributed
• Enter invoices into system and ensure proper Sales Tax/Use Tax is applied
• Prepare NvoicePay/checks for signatures; mail and file after signed.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Set up new vendors as obtained
• Prepare Use Sales Tax spreadsheet
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• File invoices for rebates
• Assist with AR Collections
• Recommendations for improvement in processes and/or efficiencies are strongly encouraged

• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Support the company’s safety policy
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
