ResponsibilitiesJob Description
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students in literacy education and help develop their reading and writing skills
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in curriculum development and adapting materials to meet individual student needs
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Educate and support students with autism spectrum disorder, ensuring their specific needs are met
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to provide updates on student progress
- Proficient in literacy education techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
