Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas is now hiring a Customer Sales Support & Billing Representative!

Schedule will be hybrid - (3 days in the office with the option of working 2 days from home)

• Candidates must live within close distance to Wayne, NJ
• Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in software billing (milestone invoices (% completion) and SaaS invoices)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assists in monthly billing (including but not limited to service, milestones, subscription (SaaS), and hardware orders)
• Review and monitor open sales orders
• Review customer sales orders to ensure it agrees with customer contracts and invoice(s)
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations
• Liaise with Sales and Finance Team(s) to ensure accuracy on order entry
• Process returns; research may be required prior to processing the returns
• Responds to customer's inquiries regarding KMHA’s products and/or services
• Responds to customer’s billing inquiries
• Process and review account adjustments and resolve client discrepancies
• Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments
• Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Researches all requests for information relating to orders, shipments, invoices, credits and returns
• Assist in HCIT collections
• Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, products and services

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in software billing (milestone invoices (% completion) and SaaS invoices)
• Knowledge of software solution services: software licenses, monthly subscription services, etc.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work across all departments within KMHA: Sales, Service, Finance and Operations.
• Seeking a motivated self-starter
• Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc…)
• Knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
