We also have one of the best wine lists in the Denver Tech Center. The Beverage Director / AGM is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees.

In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies, optimize profits, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Duties / Responsibilities : Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus Calculate future needs in bar supplies and equipment and place orders, as needed Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices Coordinate communication between front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff Prepare shift schedules Build, and maintain our liquor, beer and wine inventory Required Skills / Abilities : Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Familiarity with restaurant management software Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel) Must be eligible to work in the United States Good math and reporting skills Customer service attitude Communication and team management abilities Availability to work within opening hours (e.
