Job Title:Site Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: NYC, NY
Position Summary:
Kommissary is a social enterprise on a mission to spread joy through food. We produce and deliver high volumes of meals spanning a diverse array of cuisines to every demographic in New York City.
We are a rapidly growing organization and need of a Site Manager who is passionate about hospitality, food, and working collaboratively with others to create value for our clients, guests and Kommissary. The ideal candidate knows how to manage people, has excellent conflict resolution skills, can quickly pivot whenever there is a shortage in staff scheduling, and is a team player.
You’ll love this role if you’re incredibly organized, love people and have a drive for “getting things done!” You have a “no job too small” mentality with an ability to effectively and professionally interface with Kommissary team members, clients and guests.

Must Have:
What your day will look like:
· Floor management (leading a shift).
· Ensure all stations and equipment are cleaned.
· Manage inventory with our inventory specialist.
· Work alongside our clients at the sites you over see.
· Receive shipments.
· Order proper inventory with appropriate notice to prevent disruption in service to our clients and guests.
· Schedule staff shifts a month in advance.
· Manage human resources issues efficiently and effectively.
· Follow KPIs assigned by the director of operations.
· Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
· Administrative tasks as required by company policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Nice to Have:
· 5 years’ experience in management.
· Conflict resolution management.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They may be required to travel outside between buildings and different sites in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. The employee must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

Compensation:
$70,000.00-$75,000.00/Annual commensurate with experience
