  • Set a Safety 24\/7 culture for your crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Assists the Project Manager in creating the project schedule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Oversee costs associated with your work items.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Education and Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n

    \n\t
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical experience progressing through the ranks as a Journeyman to a Foreman to a Superintendent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
    • (6 ) years similar construction Field Management experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
    • Roadway\/Highway experience is preferred and a strong plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
