Koi CBD Llc is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Norwalk, CA

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. Critical to success in this role is the ability to support the launch of new products, while managing the go-to-market strategy across all channels of the business. A key duty is the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing materials that drive brand awareness and support direct to consumer and B2B sales channels. Manage projects with outside agencies, support sales and create quarterly recaps that support company growth KPI’s. This candidate is someone who can manage multiple projects at once, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to details, and works well with cross-functional groups.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Leads the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

● Oversees the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales.

● Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

● Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

● Partners with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.

● Helps develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets

● Conceptualizes and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels

● Manages content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support

● Reports on performance of product launches and marketing campaigns.

● Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Proven success in developing marketing plans and go-to market strategy.

● Experience with CPG product management and marketing.

● Experience with multi-channel marketing including digital, print, out-of-home, trade and experiential.

● Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

● Proficient with Slack, Asana, Canva and Hubspot preferred.

● Familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

● Onsite preferred with opportunity for hybrid flexibility.

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

● Three years or more of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

● Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
