Kohler has begun construction on a new 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility on 200 acres in the industrial corridor of Casa Grande, AZ.We are looking for passionate talent to join our leadership team.This role will be based at our Casa Grande facility once it is open.The role will work hybrid onsite and remote leading up to the opening. We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Kohler’s new state-of-the-art facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The HR Coordinator supports the HR Manager and HR Generalist and is a key team member.As the HR Coordinator, you will provide support for HR processes, general administrative tasks, and various reporting.You will also provide support and coordination of our Stewardship, Sustainability, Associate Engagement, Associate Recognition, and Recruiting programs.
