This person will be part of our office team. Duties will include scheduling installs, working closing with customers via phone and email, dispatching, invoicing and other duties as needed. Must have 5 plus years of office experience. Must also have great work experience as far as duration at previous positions. We are looking for someone who has interest in learning and has a great work ethic.

Bilingual a plus.....Quickbooks a plus.....office management a plus.....construction office experience a plus

Position is Mon-Fri from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
