Position Overview:

KODA Technologies seeks Missile Analysts or Missile Engineers to support a challenging, dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of missile technologies and performance analysis, a modeling and simulation background, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. The ability to work well in a team environment, operate independently with minimal supervision, and effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels is important. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the positions require an active TS clearance with Polygraph or contingent on Polygraph. Work will be performed at the customer site in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of foreign tactical missile systems, including innovative and advanced missile technologies.
• Utilize technical expertise to assess missile capabilities, range, payload, guidance systems, and potential countermeasures.
• Collaborate with intelligence agencies and military personnel to provide comprehensive threat assessments.
• Develop and maintain databases of foreign missile systems, including technical specifications, operational capabilities, and potential deployment scenarios.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in missile technology that may influence threat dynamics.
• Participate in simulation and modeling efforts to predict and analyze potential threats.
• Ensure the handling and dissemination of classified information complies with all relevant government policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in missile technology, defense systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with intelligence community standards, methods, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
• US Citizenship is required.

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
