Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced system engineer/analyst with the ability to support Missile Defense System assessments in a team-focused environment on Redstone Arsenal.

• This position requires collaboration with personnel from two Torch-led organizations: Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (CTEC) and Sensors Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (SCTEC).
• The position consists of performing algorithm testing, data generation, modeling and simulation, and analysis in support of Missile Defense Agency initiatives.
• Support includes evaluation of active/passive sensor performance, data fusion, multi-sensor tracking and target discrimination algorithms, system-level command and control algorithms, and missile defense battle management techniques.

• B.S., M.S., and/or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 8-15 years of related experience
• Proficiency with MATLAB, C , or other programming languages
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability and interest in solving complex technical problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment

• Analysis of optical and/or RF target signatures
