Overview

We are searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Public Relations and Social Media teams to support social media initiatives, content marketing, and the growth of our e-commerce DTC business. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be working as an e-commerce specialist in collaboration with the team for online marketing initiatives, email database building, website optimization and more, to facilitate brand visibility and profitable growth.

This position will also assist in the development, and manage the execution, of integrated and complementary content marketing campaigns across website and landing pages, emails, podcast episodes, lead magnets, social media posts, online advertising, and e-commerce/DTC.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives. Plan campaigns that encompass promotional offers, newsletters, product updates, and other relevant content
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of surveys through email campaigns or dedicated survey tools. Ensure that surveys are concise, relevant, and designed to gather actionable insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand goals and target audience for lead magnets, landing pages, and product pages
• Generate detailed reports outlining A/B test findings and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for digital campaigns
• Website Administration
  • Follow, maintain, and assist in the development of editorial and content calendars
  • Assist in the management of website content writers, influencers, and other content vendors
• Social Media
  • Handle social media community management and e-commerce customer service communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Working knowledge of Wordpress
• Proficiency in image editing using Photoshop or similar software
• Basic- to Intermediate-level experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Experience with any of the following is a plus, though not a requirement: AWeber, Survey Funnel, Zapier, AirTable, Libsyn, Hindenburg (or other sound editing software), podcast production
• Development, video creation/editing, copywriting, copy editing, HTML, CSS
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Wine knowledge a plus; interest in wine a requirement

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000 and $65,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
