We are currently seeking an experienced Organizational Consultant. This position is full-time and offsite supporting AmeriCorps.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical advisor on organizational development related functions including, but not limited to:

• Defining problems, supervising studies, and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Providing analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing strategy related to organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, position management, competency assessments, and succession planning.
• Providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program managers and policymakers.
• Creating effective tools, change management strategies, communications, and project plans to assist the agency in workforce and succession planning.
• Developing policy, standard operating procedures, checklists, or desk guides that support new human capital programs or strategies.
• Planning, developing, and conducting a variety of complex analytical and organizational studies involving complex Federal human capital and workforce analysis data.
