The International Payroll Manager is responsible for all aspects of payroll related to Knowbe4 international operations. This Includes, but is not limited to, monthly payments to employees, compiling and processing items such as cash bonus, gift cards, bonuses and any other items included in payroll in coordination with Human Resources, Finance and third party payroll providers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary payroll point of contact for all KB4 international subsidiaries
• Manage international team of payroll providers and help to implement new processes and changes as they arise
• Help to create efficiencies in coordination with Human Resources, Finance, and third party providers
• Review both new employee agreements as well as termination agreements to ensure that all relevant information is included in the payroll as well as communicating with relevant personnel of any identified risks 
• Coordinate with Human Resources for the various Knowbe4 regions to ensure payroll data is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with third party payroll providers located within each subsidiary country to transmit payroll data and ensure payroll is completed timely
• Become a key stakeholder in consolidating subsidiary payroll providers from each having one provider to having one consolidated International provider
• Prepare analytics for each payroll prior to release of funds as part of the final payroll review process.
• Record monthly journal entries booking all payroll related transactions
• Perform trend analysis as part of the monthly close process across all payroll related general ledger accounts pertaining to the international subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Payroll team located in Clearwater, Florida

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of multi country payroll experience
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications 
• Ability to analyze data using excel or Google sheets
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Must be very detail oriented
