Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist/Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Status: Hourly – Hybrid Work Schedule
Reporting to the Creative and Content Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist/Coordination will support, coordinate, and perform assigned tasks related to the implementation of marketing strategies across the D2C and B2B space.
Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of marketing and/or promotional communications that may include print, electronic, social media, new/emerging media, and other collateral that is in accordance with the approved strategic marketing plan and objectives for Thuasne North America
Complete assigned activities related to the implementation of marketing and/or communications strategy
Assist Creative and Content Marketing Manager with social media management. Including, posting approved content, monitoring comments and messages.
Maintain the approved marketing content yearly calendar
Perform monthly social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising analysis
Strengthen Thuasne Noth America brand through content preparation and dissemination
Assist in the planning of marketing and/or communications strategy by identifying communications needs based on relevant research
Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met
Qualification Requirements
2 years proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress, Big Commerce, Squarespace and Magento2
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of SEO and G4
Experience with email marketing campaigns on MS Dynamics and Klaviyo
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Mental/Physical Demand
Strong color perceptions/comprehension, graphics composition skills, verbal composition skills, reading and writing simple and complex copy. Multiple projects on critical deadlines. Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Repetitive motions.
