The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the timely delivery of ready-mixed concrete. Collaboration with CSR team, sales representatives, safety department, plant maintenance, and concrete delivery professionals are key components to meeting the objectives of this position. This is a fast-paced work environment with a focus on timely problem-solving.
