The Medford operation seeks a Project Engineer to provide estimating and project management support for the construction and management of public and private heavy/civil and asphalt paving projects. Major duties will include: -Assist with the preparation of estimates/bids/proposals, -Submit completed bids/proposals timely, -Provide analysis of material, staging, and equipment requirements for projects under construction, -Process daily progress reports for field supervisors, -Prepare submittals, schedules and plans, -Assist with the tracking of daily costs, -Assign PO's, -Communicate with subcontractors when needed, -Process extra work billings and tracking, -GPS modeling and analysis of truck haul data, -Other duties as assigned. | |||
Minimum Qualifications: | |||
Post-Secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study and 2 years of experience in an estimating/project management support role or related field experience. You must also have strong organizational and communication skills, be customer focused, be able to work extra hours and support the company's safety program. | |||
