New role supporting Director of Customer Success: - onsite, M-F, 8am-4:30pm, Turners Falls, MA,

Customer Success Representatives (CSR) are responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. The CSR will ensure customers are satisfied with Fly Five and Responsive Classroom, provide customer service support, and work to resolve any customer issues. This role acts as the primary point of contact for the customer sand connects customers with specific teams to address specific requests. This position will work with the Educational Partnership Consultants and partners to manage client relationships, opportunities, and resolve issues.

• Onboarding new customers
• Driving Adoption & Value Realization (create customer success plans and tracking
• Customer retention & renewals (in collaboration w/marketing team)
• Reporting/Analytics

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or certification (sales/service/marketing), CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), passion for customer experience, organized, working knowledge of MS office, Hub spot (or ability to train quickly), and Google docs

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour
