Company Overview: Bluesky group is a dynamic fast pace build, design and property management company serving NYC. We are looking for someone who has exceptional organization, multi-tasking in a high pace work environment.

Overview: Problem solving, diligence and accountability are the core principles that set us apart from our competition. Most projects are design build collaborative with a heavy focus on managing completion schedules and budgeting. The position will interact daily with the construction team and report weekly to the general construction manager.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Submit payment requests to the back office.

2. Organize budgets.

3. Set up RPO’s

4. Help with obtaining DOB permits

5. Upload construction documents to server

6. Construction related DOB and ECB violation curing.

7. Follow up with vendors

8. Vendor payment coordination

9. Vendor scheduling

10. Ordering of material.

11. Experience with ZOOM a plus

12. Experience with Gantt Teams a plus

13. DOB NOW Filing experience a plus.

14. Experience with AppFolio a plus

Hours: 40 hours per week (full time position)

Salary: Salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 3 years (Required)
