- Make calls to current and potential clients, answering questions and setting up appointments
- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing memos, filing, preparing spreadsheets and prospect research.

- Check and send daily emails to clients and team members
- Manage paperwork (copying, filing, preparing documents)
- Set up appointments with clients
- Scan paperwork into our database and perform data entry
