We are currently looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper/HR Coordinator to join our administrative team. Qualified candidates will be reliable, self-motivated, and organized. Pay: $28.00-33.00/hr Depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

Position Summary: Responsible for Payroll, Accounts Receivables/Payables, credit card reconciliations and invoicing. This individual will also assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, maintaining employee files and new employee onboarding/orientation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in Bookkeeping
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Great problem solving skills and self motivated
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Pass a background and credit check

Qualifications Desired:

• Associates Degree in Accounting
• HVAC or trades background preferred
• Prior HR experience ideal
