Organize all out going and incoming mail into the office.

Maintain all correspondence between law office and clients, opposing law firms and experts

Assist in helping any paralegal or lawyers with projects

Assist in creating letters or declarations in a timely manner including cover letters for correspondence, fax or email

Answer office phone and relay important messages in a timely fashion

Create in-depth communication folders and indexes for complex cases

Keep filing and indexes up to date; assist with organizing, copying and scanning any documents

Maintain personal calendar of partner

Strong computer skills, ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
