Office Manager, Part Time, with Full-Charge Bookkeeping Skills / Personal Assistant, Position Available NOW !!! (Beverly Hills, CA)

A medical research foundation which includes a part time medical practice is seeking an EXPERIENCED full-charge Bookkeeper / Office Manager / Personal Assistant for on site only.

If you are this candidate, you will have exceptional organizational skills and will be able to work successfully in an independent manner. You will keep records of financial transactions for the organization: Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts and journals or computer files from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts. Also, you will prepare bank reconciliations, investment reconciliations, process bi-monthly payroll, and prepare other financial reports as needed and assist the accountant providing requested data. Additional responsibilities include assisting a clinician-scientist in multiple projects. This position is part-time on site approximately 3 days a week on weekdays only.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Flexible schedule: Most weeks fixed, some flexible

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Quicken, MS-Office, Word and Excel.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Ability to identify subcontractors and negotiate terms

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Minimum 3 years experience in full-charge bookkeeping!!!

The candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent computer skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, and be extremely reliable. Salary is negotiable.
