Production Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and train the production team.
- Responsible for production scheduling – support and execute monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Set & monitor quality standards of products and processes.
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
- Foster and model a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of Manager or Supervisor experience; team lead, group leaders, lead experience not applicable.
- At least five years of experience in production with manufacturing equipment and procedures.
- Industrial industry experience, chemical knowledge, and/or technical understanding.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing & Lean Production Systems experience.
- Have excellent computer skills and familiar with ERP system, preferably SAP.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other workplace safety regulations.
