KJS Auto Hail Repair, the experts in hail damage repair, is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in St Louis/O'fallon. We are a PDR shop located in O'fallon who is looking for a sales team to cover the Springs and Denver market.
Position Overview: As a Hail Damage Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer outreach efforts. Your primary goal will be to connect with vehicle owners affected by hail damage, offer them our top-notch repair services, and guide them through the repair process. This position does not provide an hourly rate or salary, you are paid per vehicle that you bring in. You'll have the choice to receive a commission of 10% of the damage estimate when you successfully onboard a customer or earn 20% by providing comprehensive support throughout their repair journey. There is also a competitive bonus structure outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers with hail-damaged vehicles.
- Educate customers about KJS Auto Hail Repair's services and benefits.
- Assist customers in obtaining and understanding repair estimates.
- Build strong relationships with customers to guide them through the repair process.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and satisfactory repair experience for customers.
Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience - 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- A genuine desire to assist and guide customers during the hail damage repair process.

- 10% Commission: Receive 10% of the net repair bill just for bringing the customer in.
- 20% Commission: Earn 20% of the net repair bill for bringing in the customer and serving as their liaison throughout the claim process. This includes tasks such as ordering vehicle parts and addressing customer inquiries.
- Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Unlock a monthly bonus opportunity where you can earn 25% of the repair bill if you bring in 20 or more vehicles per month.
