Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to the customers' tables. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up the dining area before service begins
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- Deliver food orders to customers promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and safety practices is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
