We are resourced for this spectacular growth and looking for great people to help take us to the next level.The Human Resources Manager guides and manages HR policies, practices and programs and will represent the HR Team as a primary department contact for employees. They will assist with the administration and support of the department and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. They will conduct investigations in conjunction with the Employee Relations Manager; maintain historical and required records and represent the organization at appropriate internal and external meetings.This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 3 days per week working from our Manufacturing facility. Responsibilities will include those related to each area of the HR Team, including HRIS Management, Policy & Procedure Administration, Orientation & Training, Engagement and Communications. This individual will be the main initial point of contact for employees of Kiva Brands from job acceptance throughout the employee life-cycle.
