JOB SUMMARY:
Work for a world-class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the leader of 'Best in Class" hospitality by leading and setting the example with FOH and BOH team
• Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills
• Supervise front of the house team; maintain excellent communication with Executive Chef and kitchen team
• Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area
• Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.
• Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily
• Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing
• Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety
• Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 3 years customer service experience
• Previous experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager
• Experience working in food service
• Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Working knowledge of baseball preferred
• Understanding of nutrition and performance based food a plus

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
