Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be selling appliances at our showroom in Livermore. This is a great opportunity for someone who has knowledgably about appliances.
Responsibilities:
- When people walk into the showroom assist them to find their dream appliances
- Customer service and build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilizing Quickbooks to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, new appliances, and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Salesforce software or similar CRM systems is preferred
