Job Description: Objectives of this role Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement Define and deliver metrics, reporting documents, dashboards, and advanced analytics for tracking and managing the business Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects Work cross functionally with other business units to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization by raising concerns and solutions to address them and solving issues in a timely manner Collaborate with technical resources, business resources and business owners to create and maintain project-based dashboards or ad-hoc analysis as needed using a business intelligence tool (Microsoft Power BI) to provide actionable business insights and impactful reports Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, creative designs, operations, product development, etc. to build scalable processes and metrics Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation Responsible for gathering and cleaning of datasets across multiple data sources Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data system Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Power BI, etc. Required skills and qualifications 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business analysis, data analysis or equivalent experience Effective communication and presentation at senior levels of the organization Strong data analysis skills - ability to identify, analyze and integrate various large complex data sources (Internal and external data providers) into a readily consumable data product Problem solver who pays strong attention to detail Demonstrating critical thinking and consulting experience Comfortable with leadership roles and able to assist teams with collaboration of projects Experience with SQL RDBMS, Power BI DAX, or data visualization tools Data architecture or data engineering knowledge and experience with EDP is a plus Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis We offer a competitive benefits package!
