GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, performs building maintenance work (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, general construction, ect. ) to support for the Facilities Department. Will work as a member of the maintenance team, cooperating with and assisting staff in carrying out routine and non-routine work orders. Must exercise some degree of independent judgment and decision making with assigned functions. Position offers flexible workhours.
The “ideal candidate” for this position will: have strong technical skills, good time management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, self-driven with the ability to work independently.

Position involves working in a Facilities Maintenance setting. Occasional (10-66%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
Experiences in areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing or construction trades.
