Our full service diesel shop in North Charleston, SC is searching for a Service Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop management, diesel engine repair, inventory, parts management, customer service, parts knowledge, scheduling and team management
- Manage and oversee the service department
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and parts
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Manage accounts receivable and billing
- Schedule and assign work to technicians in conjunction with the shop manager
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide technical support to technicians
- Ensure quality control of repairs and maintenance
- Proven experience as a Service Manager
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage inventory and parts
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and billing
- Ability to schedule and assign work to technicians
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
