We are looking for a Seasonal Office Assistant to help with the organization and daily administrative operations of the company (May-August). The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-motivated professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. They should also be good with people offer positive, professional and polite customer service.
- Perform general office duties such as taking customer inquiry phone calls, responding to emails, handling mail sorting, and managing lesson bookings.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Digital marketing to promote events and promotions on social media and email marketing platforms
- Maintain merchandise inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
