The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to support our growth through strategic customer acquisition, in collaboration with our CEO and Head of Strategy & Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar deals in the healthcare space with enterprise payers and health systems, and possess a strong background in early to mid-stage startup environments. This position requires a leader adept at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while significantly contributing to our innovative endeavors in mental health technology.
Kintsugi offers a competitive Total Rewards package to ensure our employees are well-supported both personally and professionally. The expected base salary for this role will range from $160k - $175k Commissions (estimated $300k OTE) and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on your confirmed skills and experience.
