Kinley Residential is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Gastonia, NC
Property management firm, Kinley Residential, Inc, is looking for a maintenance technician to work at a newly acquired property under management in Gastonia. This is a standard apartment technician position involving all the responsibilities of maintaining a multifamily property including but not limited to work orders, market turns, preventative maintenance schedules, grounds, etc. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 plus being on an on call rotation. We prefer 3-5 years of maintenance experience. Must have a valid drivers license as well.
Offering $25.00 to $30.00 an hour depending on experience and certifications.
