Associate Maintenance Technician wanted for 2 small communities in Gastonia, N.C. In this role, you will split your time between two communities. Responsibilities include vacant maintenance, service requests in apartment homes such as heating & air, plumbing, electrical, assisting with routine preventive maintenance, picking up trash from grounds, customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license required.
This position is Full Time. After hours emergency on call is required on a rotating basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
