The Commissioner of the Revenue's Office is currently seeking a qualified and motivated applicant to fill the position the
Customer Service Specialist
Primary Duties
Acts as receptionist/office assistant, greets visitors, answers telephone; provides information, forwards calls or directs taxpayer to appropriate party if cannot provide further assistance. Assists the public with the completion of standardized records or documents. Types a variety of documents including correspondence, lists, labels, reports, requisitions, memoranda, reports, etc. Checks items for clerical accuracy and completeness. Computer Data entry and filing. Picks up and delivers mail, assists with large mailings.
Personal Property
Maintain all personal property records with the most up to date information available by:
Real Estate
Assist taxpayers with Real Estate questions and print or email property cards as needed.
Complete address changes.
***OTHER DUTIES:
Provide a Landfill/Convenience Center Decal or temporary pass as requested. Fill in as needed in other departments within the Commissioner of the Revenue office.
