Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial grade synthetic materials, is looking to add an experienced Customer Service Rep to their team! This is a fully onsite, benefited position.

What you will do:

Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to internal Sales teams. Coordinate and process repair orders with customers & repair department and ensure timely deliverables:

• Primary contact for processing customer repairs via email, fax or phone, data entry into system. Issue and Process Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA’s) and sales orders for customer repairs. Provides customers with order confirmations and correspondences on status as needed.
• Reviews purchase orders to ensure the payment terms, part numbers, pricing and shipping methods are correct.
• Coordinates order shipment dates and follow-up with Planning and/or Manufacturing
• Responsible for electronically filing related documents including quotations, order confirmations and related service documentation accordingly.

Educational and Experience Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
