With an emphasis on creating "Amazing Moments" through customer service, our medical receptionist duties and responsibilities focus on providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office in a high paced environment. You will support the providers and patients through outstanding customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
This role includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all reception duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Prior experience is a must. A thorough understanding of the medical insurance (ie. deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, prior authorizations, etc) is necessary.
