Position: MedTech/LVN
Location: Amarillo, TX

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately and safely under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care plans and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being.
• Document resident care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Medication Technician (MedTech) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and safety.
