Kinetic MedStaff, LLC is Hiring a Caregiver Near Pflugerville, TX

  • We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide assistance and support to our elderly clients. The caregiver will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping others and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and keep track of medication schedules.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and other activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up, laundry, and dishwashing.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
  • Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or issues to supervisors or family members.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and first aid preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
