Kinetic MedStaff, LLC is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Clayton, AL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, medical offices, and memory care units. Your primary responsibilities will include patient assessment, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments according to established standards and protocols
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory testing as needed
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized procedures as required
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama
- Experience working in nursing homes or memory care units is preferred
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Knowledge of ICU standards and protocols for critical care patients
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health records systems
- Competent in performing venipuncture for laboratory testing
- Experience administering injections and specialized treatments
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
