About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Supply Planning Manager to join our growing team. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact within the supply chain team across several brands in our portfolio. The role will lead building and optimizing our forecasting, purchasing strategy, inventory levels and SC flow. This is a startup environment, so there's lots of room to make a big impact and grow.

You will

• Maintain and track in-stock levels - tracking out of stocks and months on hand for finished goods, componentry, raw materials, and more
• Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate scheduling that aligns to both the capabilities and needs of the business
• Constant monitoring of the status of all manufacturing runs, including making adjustments as needed
• Own all product forecasting - launch, monthly, seasonality, promotional, post mortem analysis, etc.
• Lead reporting for all supply chain metrics and analytical projects
• Develop accountability & fulfillment metrics for vendors including on-time, no-shows, quality, & order fulfillment
• Own costing optimization (including buy in, COGs and promotional leveraging), cash flow analysis, and pricing list repositories
• Develop and maintain automated reporting tools & tables for tracking and analytics for the supply chain & brand teams
• Other projects/responsibilities as needed

You have

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar
• 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or similar role
• Ability to be a leader, take initiative and be the key resource to own and push projects forward
• Robust communication, presentation & time management skills
• Strong leadership skills — you're motivated to drive output across various departments
• Detail-oriented and quality-obsessed — nothing is too small to understand and improve
• Strong organization skills
• Efficiency-driven — always identifying and streamlining processes
• Adaptable — comfortable with ambiguity and fast to adjust to changing circumstances
• Solutions-oriented attitude
• Proactive about driving continual improvements
• Being nimble in balancing and executing multiple initiatives in parallel
• Experienced in using Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & G Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Work environment
