About the Role

As the Raw Material Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of receiving and maintaining the organization of raw materials. In this role you will oversee and grow a small team. This role interfaces with Operations and reports to the Operation Manager. This is an ideal role for an organized communicator with great management skills.

You will

• Oversee and assist in cycle counts of raw materials
• Audit material usage forms and decrement inventory of raw materials used in production
• Maintain necessary raw material documentation and spreadsheets
• Assist in the reconciliation of excess materials used in manufacturing
• Ensure raw material handling processes and procedures are being followed
• Work with the Mixing and Supply Chain team to assist in resolving any raw material inventory challenges

You have

• Minimum of 1 year of inventory control and 2 years of materials handling experience
• Has an understanding of tare weights and proper material handling procedures
• Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to problem solve and have basic math skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work environment

• This role is required to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ warehouse 5 days a week
